Hosted by the Chicagoland Humane Coalition, the 2026 Outdoor Cat Spay/Neuter Tour unites nine shelters and rescues in a coordinated Trap-Neuter-Return effort to spay or neuter 500 community cats—reducing shelter intake, strengthening neighborhoods, and creating lasting impact.
